The accommodation is on the ground floor with a private entrance from Via Garibaldi (just two steps) and offers beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The apartment stays naturally cool even in summer. Lake Lugano is just 100 meters away: the public beach is swimmable, perfect for swimming or relaxing, with beach bars nearby. A cycle path runs along the lake, ideal for walks or bike rides. Restaurants, bars, shops, and Porlezza’s historic center are all within walking distance. Public parking and transport are easily accessible. Pets are allowed (max 2). Smoking is not permitted indoors, parties and events are not allowed, and nighttime quiet hours must be respected.
